Return Process

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our lab team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
